Notes

> Invisible Friends is the second of Alan Ayckbourn's 'family' friends and is thematically related to Woman In Mind (1985). It shares the same central premise of the the protagonist having an imaginary friend (or family in the case of Woman In Mind). Alan subsequently joked he was rewriting his 'adult' plays for children.
